My painting reflects my understanding of the horse I had .Poniies all my childhood and working and training horses when I left school. Eventing and riding in point to points has given me a full knowledge of the equestrian world I have always painted and finally nothing would do but train as a classical artist .My formal training was at Chelsae Art School, Florence and City and Guilds London. But I think my most valuable lessons were either in the saddle or mucking out.
